No — we are not a lender, broker, or financial institution. We cannot provide rate quotes, pre-approvals, or loan offers. We are a free, independent calculator platform. To get a real rate quote, contact a licensed mortgage lender or use our free Mortgage Calculator and Loan Comparison tool to understand what different rates mean for your monthly payment before you talk to a lender.
This is normal. Our calculators provide estimates based on the inputs you enter. Lender quotes include additional factors like origination fees, discount points, escrow account requirements, specific PMI rates tied to your credit score, and exact property tax figures from the county assessor. Our results are accurate for the inputs given — but your lender's Loan Estimate is the official document. Use our tools for planning; use your lender's LE for final decisions.
