MortgageTools provides browser-based mortgage calculators. You can use the calculators without an account and without giving us your name, phone number, address, income, credit score, Social Security number, or bank information.
Calculator inputs are stored in localStorage only when you use a calculator. They stay in your browser and are never sent to our server.
If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address and message.
This site provides educational tools only and does not constitute financial advice.
How We Use Information
We use limited site data to keep the website working, understand which pages are useful, improve calculator usability, respond to messages, and show advertising that supports the free tools.

Calculator inputs saved in localStorage remain in your browser until you clear them, reset the calculator, or clear site data.
Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and handle the request.
